• Bright Willis – COVID-19 Statement – September 2020

    In-line with government guidelines, Bright Willis staff have been working remotely, however following a COVID risk assessment on our offices we plan to commence a phased return to the office from Monday 14 September and our phone lines will be returning to normal from this date.

    In the meantime prior to this date, please revert to the following should you need to contact us;

    Should you wish to log a maintenance issue or have a general enquiry, please visit our website (www.brightwillis.com) where you can access our repair portal, login to your leaseholder portal or send us an email. If you need to speak to someone, please send an email with your contact details and query, and this will be directed to the relevant person to contact you accordingly. The repair portal and emails will be monitored by employees during normal working hours. In case of emergency, our emergency numbers will be operating as normal, and these are as follows;
