Bright Willis was established in 1883 and has seen many economic and social changes over the years. Through many takeovers it was last bought in 2001 by the following current owners:

Our main focus is block property management and since taking ownership of the company we believe we can offer a professional service with strategic and personal planning for each development.

All our contractors are vetted and are legally compliant in their trade, we also provide a 24hr emergency line which gives peace of mind.

Roger Young our managing director qualified in 1991 from Portsmouth Polytechnic and has always specialised in Property Management, he first became involved with Bright Willis in 1991 with a strong vision that one day he would like to own the company, this dream was finally realised in 2001.

Roger has built up a very strong team behind him, his professional team are qualified and trained to handle day to day enquiries from all the developments.
